Patrick Hanes: [00:00:09] Half of these people say smoking is very harmful. Who are they. Half of a group of people say that smoking is very harmful.
Gabby: [00:00:18] This is gonna to hurt my streak.
Patrick Hanes: [00:00:20] Who are they? Gabby defending the streak!
Laura: [00:00:22] Can I go first?
Gabby: [00:00:23] You go.
Laura: [00:00:23] Smokers. I would say half of smokers say that it’s very harmful. Half probably just don’t really care.
Gabby: [00:00:29] I’m going to go with that.
Laura: [00:00:30] I’m sorry. I think you need to pick something else. Sorry.
Patrick Hanes: [00:00:34] Drama.
Laura: [00:00:34] I’m just trying to win here.

Gabby: [00:00:36] And she thought I was the one that was cheating!

Patrick Hanes: [00:00:39] So here’s the answer. And there’s still going to be some drama. The correct answer is heavy smokers. The people that smoke them most over 51 percent of them say that they understand that smoking is bad for them but that won’t stop them from smoking more than a pack a day.
Gabby: [00:00:54] A pack a day!!!!

I’m not getting the weirdest tribal tattoo of all time. These are my CoolSculpting marks. So what’s about to happen to me with the circles?
Melissa: [00:00:14] Basically what we did this morning we took before pictures. So we took a 360-degree picture of all of the angles are going to be CoolSculpting here today. And we went ahead and used our templates away so we could map the fat. We want to follow the fat! So basically kinda did a little hands on and found which way fat traveled and we use the appropriate template so we have a good…good
Patrick Hanes: [00:00:36] Roadmap for what you’re going to be doing to me. So this really cool. So CoolSculpting. I just want to make sure people know. It’s really about like that last finish line it’s not like a weight loss. It’s about finding like the form that you want to have. If you’re working out a whole bunch especially it’s like. Like I said I just turned 33 yesterday. Once you get your 30s your body doesn’t do you favors you could run, you can lift, you do everything in the world, but if you actually want to look as good as you feel this is one of the ways to do it. So we’re right about to do this we got it’s the double. We mentioned this look at this! It’s like 3D CoolSculpting. We got two machines that are gonna to be CoolSculpting me all over the place.

{Katie’s Kitchen} Salsa Chicken

The easiest recipe yet! This is the perfect week night dinner. So get your crock pot ready!

This recipe is literally salsa and chicken! and I added corn for some extra flavor. Black beans might be good too 😉

Get 2 lbs. of chicken and then trim off the fat. Then, you’re going to pour a 24 ounce can of salsa (your choice!) mild, medium, or spicy….into the crock pot, all over the chicken.

Let that cook for 3 hours. Add in the corn (drained) the last 30mins or so. Then shred the chicken!

Mouth watering and so juicy! You can put your salsa chicken over rice or in a tortilla topped with sour cream or avocado!

Ingredients:

-2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast

-24 oz. jar of salsa (your choice! I used Pace)

-can of corn or frozen bag

-tortillas or rice

-toppings: sour cream, avocado, cheese, whatever your like!

Dierks Bentley Honors A Bullied Girl In His New Video

Dierks Bentley’s video for “Woman, Amen” celebrates a young woman who overcame bullying by helping those less fortunate.

Sydnee Floyd, who was born with a condition which causes fever sores, sore throats and affects the connective tissue in her body, and her mom, Jennifer work tirelessly to help those in need by raising money, feeding the homeless and providing supplies for school children.

Dierks says, “I hope that by shining a light on the completely selfless volunteer work they do, it will maybe inspire other folks to do what they can in their own communities.” (Entertainment Tonight)
