Thanks to a school bus driver in Floyd, Virginia, some kids now have something extra to keep them warm while they’re outside in cold weather.
Sue Gladding bought 50 pairs of gloves and 40 hats – and handed them out to the kids on their way home from school.
The gift surprised the parents, but Sue says she had to do it.
She didn’t like seeing the children shivering in the morning and said it was worth it because she loves them all. (WDBJ-TV)

Many neighborhoods across the country are managed by home owner association groups.
HOA’s are meant to keep neighborhoods looking nice and property values up. But do they ever go too far when they travel the streets looking for violators?
Some of the complaints people have with their HOA’s are failure to respond to inquiries in a timely manner, unreasonable delays in resolving homeowner problems, and inconsiderate or disrespectful tone when communicating with homeowners.
So what do you do if you have a problem with your HOA? Experts say consider ways to achieve compromise in a dispute with the organization. As a last resort, take legal action against the HOA.
