New M&M’s Flavor!

You know, just because a flavor of something CAN exist, that doesn’t mean it SHOULD exist.

M&M’s newest flavor is . . . ORANGE CREAMSICLE.  Well, technically they’re called Orange Vanilla Cream, but you know what they’re going for.  They’re a mix of white chocolate, orange, and cream flavors, and they’re only on sale at Dollar General stores.

Are they any good?  It sure doesn’t sound like it on paper.  But according to one review we saw online, they’re surprisingly good.  I guess.  (Delish)

Man Runs Boston Marathon Backwards For Charity

On Monday, 30,000 runners raced toward the finish line at the Boston Marathon, but one man — Loren Zitomersky — raced toward that finish line backwards.

Loren didn’t do to show off, though. Instead, he did it to raise money and awareness for epilepsy.

He’s been competing in races and events for charity since the age of 12. He’s finished seven marathons, ten bike races and an Iron Man triathlon later, raising more than $300,000 for the Epilepsy Foundation.

To get ready for the challenge this time around, he ran 45 miles backwards each week. He ran the Boston Marathon along with a spotter, so he didn’t end up with a sore neck from turning his head around. (USA Today)

GOOD NEWS: Mass Dachshund Walk!!!!! OMG!!!!!

OVER 1,200 DOGS GATHER TO RAISE MONEY FOR CHARITY

In England, over 1,200 wiener dog owners brought their pets to a park to raise money for charity.

The event — called the Mass Dachshund Walk — featured some dogs and owners dressed in outrageous costumes, with many of those pictures going viral and providing valuable publicity.

This year’s gathering was the largest meet-up yet and benefited a charity that supports dogs in need of special medical care as well as one that offers emergency rescue and fostering services for wiener dogs.

And on top of all the money donated to charity, the sight of 1,200 wiener dogs walking around a park also put smiles on the faces of everyone who strolled through. (The Bolton News)
