{Katie’s Kitchen} Crock Pot Pulled BBQ Chicken

Brought to you by McCutcheon’s Apple Products

This easy and delicious recipe makes dinner pretty much effortless!

You can use any pre-made barbecue sauce that you want, but you should definitely try McCutcheon’s Apple Butter BBQ Sauce…yum!!

Grab your crock pot and let’s get started! Combine your favorite BBQ sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and crushed red pepper in the bottom of the slow cooker.

Then lay your chicken breast in the sauce and spoon the sauce over the chicken to cover. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high 3-4 hours.

When done, the chicken should shred easily using two forks. Make sure to stir it well to coat everything in the sauce.

Serve over mashed potatoes, with a vegetable or on a bun with coleslaw!
