{Katie’s Kitchen} Easy Crockpot Pulled Pork

Brought to you by Stroup Flooring America
I love dump and go recipes! This is one of my favorites. We had friends over last weekend and I was able to toss the pork in the crock pot and leave it all to cook for hours without having to mess with it.
I used 3 pounds of boneless pork shoulder and put that into my crock-pot. On top of the meat I added paprika, minced garlic, black pepper and salt; I pressed it into the meat. Then pour in 1/2 cup of water, and half 16 oz. bottle of BBQ sauce (pick your favorite).
I also added a few drops of liquid smoke.
Cook on medium for 6 hours or low for 8-10 hours. Shred and enjoy!

  • 1 Tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp black pepper
