Quantity Of Narcotics, Cash, Cell Phones Confiscated During Traffic Stop In Carroll County

A Baltimore man was arrested.

Westminster, Md (KM) The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office has charged a Baltimore city man with four drug offenses.

Deputies with the Pro-Active Community Enforcement (PACE) initiative on Wednesday afternoon stopped a vehicle operated by Christoper Phillip Santiful, 33, along Baltimore Boulevard and Green Mill Road. They say Santiful, who has a Baltimore city address, has an active arrest warrant from Baltimore County.

Authorities asked that a drug-sniffing dog be brought to the scene. The canine indicated the presence of drugs in Santiful’s vehicle. A search was conducted, and deputies found 27.8 grams of cocaine, 13.2 grams of fentanyl, two cell phones and $1,675 .

Santiful was taken to Central Booking. He is currently being held without bond at the Carroll County Detention Center.
