Hagerstown, Md (KM) A crash on Saturday killed a Hagerstown man.
The Washington County Sheriff’s Office says Christopher Abbott, 75, was driving his Mitsubishi westbound in the area of the 13300 block of Little Antietam Road east of Hagerstown when his vehicle crossed the center line, and continued across the road until it struck a bolder at the end of driveway.
Abbott was pronouned dead at the scene..
A juvenile passenger in the vehicle was medvaced to Shock Trauma to be treated for their injuries.
The Road was closed for about four hours while the Washington County Crash Reconstruction Team conducted their investigation.
