Burglary Suspect Forces Entry Into Home While Resident Is Sleeping

Montgomery Police asking for help in identifying suspect.

Gaithersburg, MD (JK) – Montgomery County Police are searching for a suspect that entered a Wheaton residence on Burton Hill Drive while the homeowner was sleeping.

The burglary was reported shortly after 12 AM on Sunday April 21st. Surveillance cameras revealed that a male suspect, after forcing entry into the home, stole property and fled after the other homeowner arrived home.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male with long hair, wearing a winter hat, thick glasses, a light-colored sweatshirt, blue jeans, winter gloves and carrying a backpack.
