Amy Schumer Says No More Pics with Fans!

The fan who snapped a photo and took video of an annoyed Amy Schumer while she was out for a jog in South Carolina says he’s been receiving death threats from her fans after she spread his photo all over social media.

Leslie Brewer tells TMZ that he’s being harassed and threatened with racist taunts and death threats against him and his family. He says he hasn’t gone to the police yest but wants Schumer to ask her fans to leave him alone. Schumer posted his photo on Instagram and said, “This guy in front of his family just ran up next to me scared the [poop] out of me. Put a camera in my face. I asked him to stop and he said, ‘No, it’s America and we paid for you’ this was in front of his daughter.” At first she said she would never take a selfie with anyone again, but later changed her mind and said she would if the person is nice and “it’s a good time for that.” (Premiere Prep)

Chyna: Update and Brain Donated For Research

Wrestling legend Chyna died from a “cocktail of prescription pills,” her manager tells the New York Daily News.

Anthony Anzaldo says the former WWE intercontinental champion accidentally overdosed on Valium and Ambien. “She was inappropriately taking her legally prescribed medication over the course of two to three weeks. On Sunday night, her body had enough.”

Anzaldo insisted it was not a suicide attempt, claiming there weren’t any illegal drugs or alcohol in the apartment when he found her.

The toxicology report will not be complete for another few months.

The 45-year-old’s brain will be donated for research to examine for signs of CTE from her wrestling days.(Premiere Prep)

Bill Cosby: Case is Back On

Bill Cosby‘s criminal case is back on. The Pennsylvania  Superior Court ruled today (Monday) that the case can move forward after dismissing the comedian’s appeal.

The TV icon is charged with aggravated indecent assault for allegedly drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand in 2004.

His attorneys had appealed the case, insisting that a deal had been made by a former D.A. not to prosecute Cosby over the incident.

No date has been announced for when proceedings will begin again. (People)(Premiere Prep)

Update: Will Kelly Return to the Show Tomorrow?

Kelly Ripa will be sitting next to Michael Strahan come Tuesday.

The co-host has been conspicuously absent from Live since she was learned that he’s jumping ship to Good Morning America. But sources tell TMZ that “Kelly’s people made it clear she would come back if they could get assurance the show wasn’t getting the ax.” Word has it ABC execs are thinking of adding a third hour to GMA, which would push out Live. TMZ says the “brass gave Kelly enough assurance to end her boycott.”

Sources say Kelly also “made it clear” she’d like Strahan to leave sooner that his scheduled September departure.

A source tells E! News Ripa was “livid” about being left in the dark about Strahan’s big move. (Premiere Prep)

Prince: Overdose Suspected

Did Prince die from a drug overdose? TMZ is reporting that he was treated for an overdose, and not the flu, last week when his plane made an emergency landing in Illinois.

TMZ cites multiple sources who say Prince had to be rushed to the hospital where he was treated for an opiate overdose and left three hours later, but was not doing well. The singer’s reps claimed he was suffering from the flu. Prince had also been seen visiting a local pharmacy multiple times in the days before he died. An official cause of death is under investigation and an autopsy is scheduled to take place today (Friday). (Premiere Prep)
