‘Unique’ Easter Bunny Traditions

This Sunday the Easter Bunny will be dropping off baskets to kids all over.

Baskets fill with goodies and candies!

Some say the Easter bunny arrived in the 1700’s in America with German immigrants in Pennsylvania.  They had a tradition of an egg-laying hare called “Osterhase” or “Oschter Haws.” Their children made nests in which this animal could lay its colored eggs.

In different parts of the country, the Easter Bunny delivers the baskets in different ways.

The Easter Bunny hide baskets for Dianah Gibson and Tom Whalen.  They woke up Easter Sunday, went to church, and then hunted for their Easter baskets and colored eggs.

For Katie Ryan’s family, the Easter Bunny would leave their Easter baskets on the fireplace and they would hunt for colored eggs.

Chocolatiers report 90-million chocolate bunnies are produced each year. Eighty-nine percent of Americans surveyed say they eat the ears first on the chocolate bunnies.  Six percent eat the feet first, and 5% said they eat the bunny’s tail first.

Some dude needs 16 million-ish more retweets for free food

Some guy named Carter is on a mission that I fully support. He wants a year of free nuggets from Wendy’s and they set the simple price of 18 Million retweets. He is already over 2.3 million right now and I think that he will be able to hit his goal.

Full disclosure. I am 82.5% supporting him because of his use of the word ” NUGGS” and I am okay with that.

Whenever Trent Harmon isn’t out on the road, he spends a lot of time in his kitchen, and there’s one thing he always tends to make.

Trent Harmon talks about his skills in the kitchen. “Yeah I cook a lot. I catch myself making a lot of tacos. You can make tacos really healthy. You know a lot of times I’ll always opt for lettuce instead of bread. But yeah, I make tacos and salad and I cook a lot of breakfasts.”

The late Carrie Fisher will appear in the ninth Star Wars movie without the use of CGI, her brother Todd Fisher tells the New York Daily News. He says filmmakers will use old footage of the actress, who died in December.

Spaghetti Doughnuts…. Yes or No????

We talked about “spaghetti sandwiches” and the consensus was DEFINITELY!!!…… Sooooo how about “spaghetti doughnuts”??? These donuts come in three flavors: carbonara, bolognese or red sauce. They claim that they taste best eaten at room temperature or warmed.  This seems to be the new big thing in New York. Should they bring this to Frederick????

Kylie Jenner Crashed A Prom – Kids go Wild!

On Saturday night Kylie Jenner crashed the Rio Americano High School’s junior prom in Sacramento, California.

Her date was Albert Ochoa!

Jenner wore a one-shoulder silky mocha gown with a corsage.

The big moment was also captured by the ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ camera crew.
