Local First Responders Headed to Florida to Help With Hurricane Irma
Some local first responders returned home from Hurricane Harvey relief efforts in Texas for a few hours before they were deployed again. This time to help with the possible destruction from Hurricane Irma.
The category 5 storm is bearing down on Florida and is the most powerful storm ever recorded in the Atlantic Ocean.
Maryland Task Force 1 and Fairfax County’s Urban Search and Rescue Team has headed south to help with relief efforts Florida may suffer from Hurricane Irma.
The storm is expected to make landfall this weekend.
Ruby – It’s the Chocolate
It’s true! For chocolate lovers we have a new type of chocolate to enjoy!
Swiss chocolate giant Barry Callebaut has used the ruby cocoa bean to create a new confectionery.
The company describes ruby chocolate as “a tension between berry-fruitiness and luscious smoothness”.
This new chocolate is pink and is the fourth type of chocolate created since the white version in the 1930’s.
Tim McGraw’s On the Road Workout Routine
Each day on the road, Tim spends at least 30 minutes on the treadmill and an hour doing yoga. He also runs up and down the stairs at whatever venue he’s playing that night. Anddddd he’s in the process of creating his own line of fitness clubs.
I’d rather just sit, watch Netflix and eat pizza….Good for Tim!
