Hagerstown, Md. (KM) Two men were shot Wednesday afternoon in Hagerstown.
Police say just before 4:00 PM, officers responded to the 800 block of West Washington Street for a shooting, and found both men with gunshot wounds. They were taken to Meritus Medical Center. One had non-life threatening injuries, but the other had more serious injures………and was transferred to another hospital. Both are receiving medical care.
Police say two teenagers have been charged in connection with the shooting. Alex Sutton. 17, is charged with two counts each of attempted 1st-degree murder, attempted 2nd degree murder along with a count each of assault, reckless endangerment and multiple handgun-related offenses, Kahlil Thomas. 19, is charged with numerous handgun related offenses, Both are from Hagerstown,
Police say the incident is isolated and there’s no ongoing threat to the public.
