This isn’t just about bragging rights (though you know there will be plenty of those 😂). It’s all for an incredible cause—the Empowering Community Leaders Network (ECLN). 💜
✨ What ECLN Does:
ECLN was founded right here in Frederick to lift up middle school girls from underserved backgrounds. Through their S.W.A.G. (Sisters Wholesome Aspiring toward Greatness) program, they provide:
👩🏫 Mentoring & role models
📚 Educational & cultural opportunities
🎤 Guest speakers & field trips
🌟 Tools to build confidence, leadership, and life skills
The goal? To empower these young women to grow into tomorrow’s leaders—equipped, confident, and ready to change the world. 🌍💪
