Presented by SOAR, in partnership with the Aging Network Alliance & Frederick Community College, this FREE event is open to seniors, family members, caregivers, and professionals. 🎉
This year’s theme is “Flip the Script on Aging”, and we’re all about empowering older adults to live life to the fullest! 💪

- 10 AM – 11 AM: Visit with senior services professionals (and catch the live broadcast from 99.9 WFRE from 10 AM – 12 PM 📻)
- 11 AM: Keynote Speaker Dr. Sue Paul, Occupational Therapist & Healthy Aging Visionary 🎤
- 11:30 AM: FREE Honey Baked Ham boxed lunch for the first 200 attendees 🍖 (yum!)
