We have been gearing up for the Tour de Frederick with Anytime Fitness Frederick, MD, but today we checked out a bike without gears and breaks! Eric Rhodes from 2017 National Clustered Spires High Wheel Race gave us a demo of a high wheel today and let a few of us take a spin!
