SWEET VIDEO OF ELDERLY MAN COMBING HIS SICK WIFE’S HAIR GOES VIRAL
An elderly couple’s love story is tugging on everyone’s heartstrings after a sweet video shared by their son went viral.
The video shows Sam Jones gently combing his wife Nellie’s hair as she lies in a Florida hospital bed with a kidney infection.
As Sam carefully slides the comb through her hair he tells her, “You used to comb my hair but I’ve never combed yours before. This is the first time for this, you know.” He then turns to their son who is filming and asks, “Am I fixing her hair better?”
Their son, Jamie Jones, shared the video on Facebook and wrote, “This is how you carry out your wedding vows after being married for over 70 years.”
