Andy Webb is a 30-year radio veteran and WFRE’s Program Director. He’s been in radio since 1995, working his way up from late-night shifts to morning drive across multiple formats, led by Country. Along the way, he’s earned 4 Mississippi Association of Broadcasters “Radio Personality of the Year” awards and was named one of Radio Ink’s “Best Program Directors in Country Radio” from 2022–2024. A University of Southern Mississippi alum, Andy’s career has taken him from Mississippi to South Carolina and now Frederick.

Emma Jay began her career as an intern at an Alternative station in Greenville–Spartanburg, SC, before moving into Country radio in Charleston and later working in Laurel–Hattiesburg, MS. She made the move to Frederick in 2020 and now serves as WFRE’s Production Director, overseeing the creation of the commercials you hear on-air.

The two met in 2015 while working together in Charleston, fell in love, and were married in 2019. When the opportunity came in 2020 for Andy to become afternoon host and Program Director at WFRE, Emma made the move with him, eventually joining the station on-air. Now, they bring their chemistry, humor, and everyday life to the airwaves as a married morning show.

When they’re not on the radio, Andy and Emma enjoy time with their daughter Isabel, their Australian Shepherd Maya, and their cats Miso and Lo Mein. Their show is built on laughter, connection, and starting your day with energy, fun, and the country music you love.
