Bill Cosby‘s criminal case is back on. The Pennsylvania  Superior Court ruled today (Monday) that the case can move forward after dismissing the comedian’s appeal.

The TV icon is charged with aggravated indecent assault for allegedly drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand in 2004.

His attorneys had appealed the case, insisting that a deal had been made by a former D.A. not to prosecute Cosby over the incident.

No date has been announced for when proceedings will begin again. (People)(Premiere Prep)
