Myersville, Md (KM) Two people were killed In two-vehicle crash near Myersville Thursday afternoon.
According to the Frederick Scanner Facebook page, units were called out just before 3:00 PM to 10815 Baltimore National Pike for a crash involving a motorcycle with entrapment.
Units arriving on the scene found one vehicle fully involved in flames and a nearby brush fire. . That fire was put out quickly, and the brush fire was contained within 20 minutes, according to the Division of Fire and Rescue Services Facebook page.
Two people are confirmed dead at the scene.
The incident is under investigation.
Fire and rescue crews also responded to another fatal accident Thursday afternoon. The Frederick Scanner Facebook page says this crash occurred at 4240 Araby Church Road in Urbana.
