Peyton Manker, an 18-year-old Illinois high school student, made this amazing prom dress completely out of duct tape! She started working on it in January to enter Duct Tapes 2020 Stuck at Prom contest for a $10,000 scholarship. When COVID-19 cancelled her prom and graduation she decided to theme the dress around the virus.
