{Katie’s Kitchen} Easter Robin Eggs (No-Bake Cheesecake)

Easter is coming up and many parents are looking for something cute and fun to make with the kids! These are so easy and taste SOOO GOOD!!!

I wanted to make this recipe even easier for you by buying the graham cracker crust cups pre-made instead of making them…but we can talk about how to make the crust, too.

I purchased the Keebler Ready Crust 9 Inch Mini Graham Pie Crust, 6 count (Pack of 12) and used that. If you want to make the crust at home– buy a box of graham crackers, crush up about 6 graham crackers and add 2 tbs. of melted butter, mix it all together. Then, spoon the mixture into the bottom of your little cups and press down.

I already had the little crust pre-made and they’re in tin foil cups, so that was perfect.

Now for my favorite part!!

In a large mixing bowl, beat heavy cream until it gets thick, then, Set aside.

In a medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, salt, and vanilla until smooth. Add cream cheese mixture to heavy cream and mix it all up!

Take a cup of Easter Whoppers Eggs and chop them up. Don’t crush them. Then gently fold them into the mixture.

Take a pastry bag, or just a regular spoon and scoop out the mixture and evenly distribute into the cups.

Refrigerate the cups for about  6 hours or overnight.

Serve with a whipped cream and a little Whopper Egg or two on top 😉
