Emergency responders from our area are headed to Texas to help with relief efforts due to Hurricane Harvey.
The Montgomery County Swift Water Rescue team is being deployed to Texas to join other FEMA rescue teams to provide support to first responders in Texas.
Virginia Task Force 1 – the urban search and rescue team from Fairfax county has also been deployed to Texas for rescue operations.
