I can't wait.
This is going to be half blog/half prep because I am going to be making a batch of pretzels when I get home today.
Even though I am a huge fan Auntie Anne's pretzels I prefer to use the recipe from Good Eats. 2 hours gets you 8 Pretzels.

I haven't found pretzel salt yet and don't want to buy it on the internet. I just use Kosher salt and that works just fine if all the pretzels are eaten with the first 24 hours.
In the future I want to try and make jalapeno pretzels, but I am not sure if I can find a group of people would help me eat them.
