The cold and flu sickness is making the rounds. Might even be a stomache bug...it's all being passed from person to person at school,work,home...you name the place. Good tips I've learned along the way are:
1. wash,wash,wash your hands.
2.up your vitamins.
3.up your fluids.
4.get extra rest and sleep.
5. If congested, put a vapor rub on the bottom of your feet. Cover with socks.
