Kenny Chesney, Blake Shelton and More!

» Kenny's Rock Album: After shaking a few ideas out of his coconut, Kenny Chesney has revealed the title of his upcoming new album. It's called Life On A Rock and has 10 songs (including the single "Pirate Flag" and a duet with Willie Nelson) that were recorded all over the place: Los Angeles, Hawaii, Jamaica, Key West, London and Nashville. “Just living here on this planet, we’re all living life on a rock; but for me, and for this record, it’s about the way life is when you live on an island," Kenny says. "Everywhere you go, there’s everyone you know; you know everything about them, and they know everything about you. And coming from Luttrell, Tennessee, I can tell you, ‘life on a rock’ isn’t all that different from life in a real small town. It’s slower, it’s easier, it’s more invested and it’s also more about really enjoying the moments as they are, when they are.”

» Blake Effect: After hearing the story of Iraq War Veteran Brendan Marrocco's bilateral arm transplant, Blake Shelton tweeted, "Hey Brendan @BMarr86.... I can't wait to shake the hand of an American hero/stud ... you, my brother." Marrocco lost both arms and legs after a 2009 explosion in Baghdad and thanks to a team of surgeons at Johns Hopkins, he's getting a second chance. His wish to have his first new handshake with Shelton resulted in a Twitter exchenge to which Marrocco responded, "Holy mother of God! I can’t wait. I’m a huge fan and really looking forward to it. Thank you."

» That's The Ticket: Don't take no for an answer. Just because they say a concert is sold out doesn't mean you can't go. Carrie Underwood will make tickets available in sold-out sections during her Blown Away Tour via Tickets-for-Charity.com. Sales benefit ACM Lifting Lives and the Checotah Animal, Town And School Foundation. More here.

» Cool Plan, Luke: Spring Breakers know it ain't a party with out a beer bong, wet T-shirt contests and new Luke Bryan songs. Never one to disappoint, Bryan will put on his boardshorts and head south to play Spinnaker’s Beach Club in Panama City March 12-13. The shows are in support of his new album Spring Break ... Here To Party, which comes out March 5 and includes some previously released material plus new songs "Buzzkill" and "Just A Sip."

» Shake 'N Bake: ... along with a fist bump from Cal Naughton, Jr. would most likely be the reaction from Ricky Bobby upon hearing  Zac Brown Band's "Chicken Fried" at the Daytona 500. The band is set to perform at the Budweiser Pre-Race Show and ZBB multi-instrumentalist Clay Cook will sing the National Anthem. The race happens Feb. 24 on FOX-TV.

» Kelly Green: Kelly Clarkson is 2012's top earning American Idol according to Forbes, with $8 million. Carrie Underwood ($5m) tied with rocker Chris Daughtry for second place, while Scotty McCreery ($4m) ranked fourth. Kellie Pickler ($1.1m) and pop artist and actress Katharine McPhee tied for eighth. The calculations are based on estimated income earned from May 2011 to May 2012, before subtracting taxes, American Idol's cut and any other fees for agents, managers, gifts of hair gel for Ryan Seacrest, etc. See the full list here.
